The Bridge and VolunteerMatters. Two different but interconnected platforms provided to CAC by the software-as-service company, VolunteerMatters. By using the same company for both internal communications and scheduling, we can simplify our lives by needing only one login for both. It also means we can toggle between the two platforms without needing to re-login.
From The Bridge, it’s pretty obvious what to do. In the Quick Links section on the right side of the screen, the first option listed is VolunteerMatters.
Simply click on this and a new window will open bringing you to VolunteerMatters main landing page. No separate login is required. You’ll have both sites open and you can then toggle between them.
If you’re starting from VolunteerMatters, look at the menu bar on the top of your screen. The fifth icon from the left is labeled “portal.” Click here and you’ll go directly to The Bridge. Then, to go back and forward between the two platforms you can click the forward or back buttons accordingly.
