Several docents commented that the February quiz was very uplifting.
The safety elevator was invented by Elisha Otis in 1857. Here are three beautiful elevator doors. Did you identify the buildings where they are located, when the structures were built, and the architects’ names?

3. City Hall/County Building, Holabird & Root 1907/1911
