I am reaching out to all you for your help. With Erin’s departure, I will be the sole person of the volunteer department. Below are just a few things that would really help me out and stay on top of things!
–Sign up for tours and shifts!!!! I will continue to send weekly emails about open tours and departures, but be proactive and take a look ahead. If you are available-sign up!
–Ask your peers for help! Whether it is finding a sub or how to login, check with your peers first! There are 600 (!!!!!) of you and only one of me.
–Look to The Bridge for answers! Do you have a question on a how-to, need a tour manual, or need to request a name badge. Look to The Bridge first!
–Allow for a longer response time from me. I typically respond to emails very quickly but during this time, please allow 48 hours for a response. Any tour or shift switches should still come to me. If you have questions about a private tour, please contact Group Sales.
–I will be downstairs as much as possible but there will be times when I cannot be there. Please be patient!
