River Cruise Comp Ticket Guidelines

With the start of the River Cruise season, return to a full schedule, and a new training class, I wanted to make sure everyone understands the process for requesting complimentary tickets – especially for the River Cruise. Please see the below information provided by our Box Office Team:

Docent River Cruise Comp Request Guidelines

  • All River Cruise comp requests will be put under the requesting docent’s name per CFL’s request.
  • Please ensure you submit your comp request 48-72 hours in advance.
    • All of our Box Office/Call Center staff are part-time employees and they all do not work at the same time, the summer is a very busy time and we do our best to fill the requests as soon as possible but we cannot guarantee a request will get filled with less than 48 hours notice.
  • All comp requests will be sent a mobile ticket via email and it will come from Ticketmaster. No tickets will be sent to will call.
    • If a request includes a guest email, the mobile ticket will be sent to the guest email. If the only email provided is the docent email, the mobile tickets will be sent to the docent email and it is up to the docent to forward the mobile tickets to their guests’.
      • Please note that if you provide a guest email it will only go to the guest, there is no way to CC the docent on the mobile ticket email from Ticketmaster.
    • All mobile tickets can be accessed with or without a Ticketmaster account, all you need to do is choose “View and Use Mobile Tickets” via the email from Ticketmaster.
  • Please ensure you check with your guests before reaching out to the CACBox Office/Call Center to check if your request has been filled.
  • Please ensure you are requesting the correct amount of comp tickets.
    • If you would like to use your member benefit please note that while submitting your form so the CAC Box Office/Call Center staff knows to contact you for payment.
  • Please ensure that if you run into any questions or concerns you are reaching out to ti*****@ar**********.org or asking our CAC Box Office/Call Center staff in person. CFL/The Boat Dock Box Office does not have access to our database and cannot access any information regarding memberships or additional docent information.
