We might want to investigate developing a virtual reality tour of group of buildings that allow the touree using a viewer (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_reality_headset) to experience many details that a walking / bus / river boat would not permit. This would be akin to a visual ride at an amusement park but with a strong educational aspect. This would put CAF in the forefront of tours; especially since there is now more competition. For example, a view of LaSalle street from top of the CBOT (like Batman) but emphasizing the history of architecture in this area. Could include structure of the two predecessor buildings. I don’t know the cost and this would likely be at least a two-year project, but I’d be willing to spearhead the project.

Afterthought:
We could combine this with a walking tour using mobile headsets. So, looking at the CBOT from ground level and then switching to the headset to show an aerial view of the street superimposing historical photos.

Here is the Amazon price for mobile devices. MIght need a deposit from touree for the headset.
