Remnants of the 1893 World’s Fair
The 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition kicked off 130 years ago on May 1. To celebrate it’s 130th anniversary, this month’s photo feature is remnants of the fair that we can still see around Chicago.

Lovely remembrances of the Fair.!
I never saw the ticket booth or the organ before.
Nice photos of Fair related objects!
Marisol, What lovely pictures of Fair remains/remnants. I particularly liked the one of the museum and its own reflection. the organ was really impressive, too. Thanks much for sharing.
The ticket booth stands in the garden at 313 North Forest Avenue in Oak Park. The current owners of the home, the Smylies, bought it (I believe) some time ago. It’s right down the street from the FLW Home and Studio.
