Can we just say what a wonderful experience we had today with Emily on the First Lady River Cruise Tour.  She was so enthusiastic from the moment we walked on the boat to the minute we left, her knowledge and the way she shared it was so, so helpful. I wanted to take a minute to compliment docent Erica Myles for a wonderful Civil War to Civil Rights tour of Oak Woods Cemetery this past Saturday. Earlier in the week we’d caught Erica and a fellow docent on WTTW and signed up for the tour before the program ended. We were not disappointed!  While I consider myself relatively well-informed, I learned a great deal from Erica’s stories and anecdotes about some of the luminaries interred at Oak Woods.
