Please remember to bring all devices back when leading a tour, this includes devices for guests that depart from your tour early. Do not send them back on their own to return them. With our new equipment, we need all devices returned on the same day to ensure we are able to utilize them for other tours.
Microphone + Device Tips/Reminders:
– Microphones need to be as close to your mouth as possible
– You may use either old or new headsets
– If you move your head a lot, it’s not recommend that you wear the mic around your neck as it may not pick up your voice as well.
– The range should be good, but metal objects effect clarity and reception…this cannot be avoided in the city but may explain ‘heavy static’ and the ‘cutting in and ou.t’
