Docent Enrichment Event: Together in Light- Photography from the City of Chicago
When: Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 5:30pm-7:00pm
Where: CAF Lecture Hall
Who: Docents, VEV’s and Guests are invited
Please join us on Wednesday, January 24th, in the CAF Lecture Hall to hear from our 2006 fellow docent Patrick Pyszka. He’s the Principal Photographer for the City of Chicago and, as such, takes photos for all city departments and agencies. He’s going to tell us about his his job responsibilities, how architecture has influenced photographers since its invention, and how that tradition continues with the city’s photography collection. He’s also going to show us many of his stellar photos. And in case you’re wondering, Patrick shoots digital photos with Nikon cameras for his City work and shoots black-and-white film for his personal work.
Please contact Claudia Winkler at cl*****@gm***.com with any questions.
