The 50th Anniversary Conference of CTBUH (Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat) is happening in Chicago this week at the Radisson Blu hotel. The CAC should see an influx of engineers, architects, and developers from around the world here this week.
In addition to the general visitation, CAC will be hosting a VIP reception in the CAC Galleries tomorrow night and a symposium in our lecture hall on Thursday.
CTBUH is an important partner of CAC and we expect many visits throughout the week.
The theme of this year’s conference is 50 Forward | 50 Back: The Recent History and Essential Future of Sustainable Cities. Additional details about the conference are here.
CAC just updated our CTBUH wall (Skyscraper Gallery) with the 2019 award winners.
