As many of you know, our Front of House staff fill all comp requests that are put in the google form. Recently, we were able to upgrade our Ticketmaster system and we can now send mobile tickets! When filling out your River Cruise comp requests please note that a mobile ticket will now be sent. Our Front of House staff is making the move to send these out when they are working through filling these. If you do not provide a guest email the mobile tickets will be sent to your email. When a request is filled, you will receive an email from Ticketmaster with the subject line “You Got the Tickets!” You are able to forward the mobile ticket email to your guests if you would like. You will no longer need to stop at the boat dock box office to pick up physical tickets.
Comp requests must be submitted 72 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee that requests will get filled if they are submitted after 72 hours, our Front of House staff will do their best. If you have any issues receiving confirmation or tickets for any kind of comp request that is submitted, please contact Front of House staff at ti*****@ar**********.org as this will most likely get your concern addressed the fastest. Our Front of House staff works in the Box Office, Call Center and Design Store and do their best to get these requests filled in a timely manner.
