Docents and volunteers! Always wanted to share your information about a fabulous topic with other docents and volunteers – and with people from around the world? Well, now’s your chance.
We’re looking for docents and volunteers who would like to develop and present a CAC Live program. The programs last about an hour and include a 45-minute PowerPoint presentation followed by 15 minutes of Q&A. Previous topics have included building styles and designs; architects’ work and bios; women in architecture, and specific events in Chicago’s history.
What fascinates you is certain to fascinate others, and docents and volunteers know how to present lively, engaging and entertaining presentations. This one is just on Zoom rather than on the street or in the center.
