Alice Daniele, 2019
It’s our second time doing this River Cruise tour with First Ladies and unfortunately it rained again. It was still pleasurable and informative. I think one should never leave Chicago without doing this tour. The guide Alice was very knowledgeable and up to date. I guess the only thing is that you can’t hear the guide well from the inside of the boat (if it rains that’s where you go). They could use some upgrading in speakers! – drasu Fort Lauderdale, Florida

We really enjoyed the Chicago Architecture River Cruise aboard the First Lady. You learn so much about Chicago’s history and how various architects influenced the styles, shapes and features of Chicago’s various buildings. The tour was packed full of information and we left with a much greater appreciation of how Chicago developed to the city it is today. Our docent, Mary Jo, was exceptional in her explanations of various architectural time periods and designs. I highly recommend this tour when visiting Chicago. ked4300 Hoffman Estates, Illinois
Dan Johnson, 2016
As many times as I have visited Chicago the River Cruise experience has shown me a whole new perspective on the city and its buildings. It was an amazing experience seeing sections of the buildings that I never noticed before, and hearing the reasons for their being built the way they were. Dan J. was an excellent docent , so knowledgeable and so proud of “his” city. A “must see” for any visitors , especially those interested in architecture. 119judy Utica, Illinois
Judith Kaufman, 2010
We have done the architectural river cruise 3 times over the past 12 years, and this is the best. We have been fortunate to have Judith as our guide twice–she is an amazing tour guide/docent. Her passion is obvious in her enthusiasm, and she presents so many interesting facts about Chicago’s beautiful buildings. Each time, I walk away with a new appreciation for skyscraper architecture and what the City of Chicago has accomplished in its skyline. This is well worth the visit. Beckmanfam Glendora, California

Time flew by and honestly I wish they had longer ones. By far, one of the best ways to get to know more about the city and I can’t believe I haven’t done this sooner even though I’ve been in the city for 4 years now. I would go back time and time again! – N K. Chicago, IL
