This is a continuing feature for these unusual times. Remember, we’d love to hear what you’re are doing to cope and keep busy. When you have a story to share, send your thoughts to Leslie Clark Lewis at le**************@co*****.net.

Delta Greene, Class of 2008
Delta reports that she’s been taking a Zoom class on Behavioral Economics through OLLI (doesn’t that sound fun!) , working on the new What’s New tour, walking for a half hour every day – and here’s the best part – dancing around her condo for fun and exercise. Too bad social distancing prevents us from getting a video of that!
Lori Nelson, Class of 2020 Docent in Training
What’s Lori been up to? In addition to walking her dog and cooking and baking, Lori has been making masks for friends, families and neighbors. She says she’s getting to the point where she can make each one in just under 15 minutes. Right now, she’s waiting for a new sewing machine needle to arrive – her very last one broke! Here she is at her machine, stitching away.
Jean Schlinkmann, Class of 2013
Jean is sharing an art project that may surprise you. She, Lori Nelson and some other college friends got together via Zoom to recreate famous works of art using household items. It wasn’t a judged contest, more like a show and tell. Jean had the background cloth and broken pickleballs in mind when thinking of van Gogh’s famous work. She said, “This was a very fun project and therapeutic way to get the creative juices flowing.” Indeed. Here is her version of Starry Night.
