Carol Garner, 2016
The River Cruise tour was great. I recommend it to all first time visitors to Chicago. It provides a good overview of Chicago’s architecture and history. The guide (I think the name was Carol) was fun and engaging. I did the tour on my first day, and it gave me ideas as to what to check out later. And the twilight tour in August was awesome. – Jamie

Virginia Gerst, 2007
This two hour tour of part of the Chicago Pedway system held surprises even for two native Chicagoans. Besides discovering the often unmarked access points to parts of the Pedway, we learned a lot about the buildings under which and through which the Pedways wends. Virginia, our guide, had a great sense of humor and had a lot of fun, obscure and often useful facts to share. – Go813987

Mary Jo Hoag, 2007
Mary Jo Hoag was a very engaging Pedway tour guide revealing many of the secrets as well as practical information about traveling though the city’s below ground pedestrian walkway. To the novice, this system can be intimidating, but Mary Jo made it much more approachable and interesting. I look forward to more adventures in this under-explored part of the city. – jumpyfrog49

Margaret Newman, 2012
I took part in the Walk Through Time tour on Saturday 22nd February. Our guide, Margaret, was the perfect tour leader. Her relaxed but knowledgeable delivery was spot on. The tour was well paced and well worth both the reasonable cost and the hour and a half of our time. I learned such a lot. If I had been on my own in Chicago or with like-minded companions I would have done many more tours. Thank you to Margaret for such an enjoyable walk. – TravellingH0pefully  Cardiff, United Kingdom

Eileen Sanfilippo, 2015
We took the Must See Chicago tour with CAC on a chilly Friday afternoon and it was the best one yet. Eileen, our guide, made everything interesting and was very engaging. This tour is ideal if you want a good introduction to Chicago history and many styles of architecture. – Andrea R
