Michele took the extra step(s) to get some copies made for a meeting.. The best part about Michele is that she exudes RESPECT and never makes us feel like we’re annoying her with all of the big and small problems we bring to her for help. – Joan Johns
Angela Platt, Class of 2013 – Respect, Collaboration, Integrity, and Continued Learning
Angela was my certifier and recertifier for Historic Treasures. While I haven’t spent a lot of time with her, of all my interactions across the range of CAC folks, I would say she most embodies the Core Values. In my certification, she worked very collaboratively with me to improve my understanding what makes a great tour. She challenged me to simplify my language to improve relevance to the greatest number of folks. She showed great respect when challenging my approach to a subject. In my recertification, she brought forward our certification experiences and recognized my efforts across the range of my Docent experience. I am proud to shout out ANGELA PLATT! – Brian Kelly

I was in the middle of editing the Historic Treasures manual and needed to include a section on how to revise the route during bad weather. . On a moment’s notice Lorie gave up her Sunday to come downtown and help me find a path through the Pedway that we might use. And she helped with the write-up! (Those pedway routes can be tricky.) Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you, Lorie. – Leslie Clark Lewis
