A wise docent once said, “Docents do not live by tours alone, they must eat.” A soon to be published tome, entitled, “Decent Docent Dining,” will remedy that quandary by recommending restaurants along our tour route.
From the following descriptions, can you identify the eating establishments, the architect and the tour building where they are located.
- You’ve raved about their steak house on Rush, now you’ll shout “Molto Bene” about the view and the food at their newest restaurant on the river.
- Daniel Burnham was recently spotted dining at this lovely café in his restored landmark building.
- This outstanding seafood restaurant is a favorite of author Joseph Heller.
- Whenever Mies is in town, he always dines at the restaurant atop a building designed by two of his students.
- This restaurant is head and shoulders above every restaurant in Chicago
Send your answers to Hy****@ao*.com. The winner will be drawn from the docents submitting the most correct answers. GOOD LUCK!
