November 2018 Trivia Answers

Manny’s Deli, 1141 S Jefferson, was established in 1943. Gino Gamborata has been slicing corned beef at Manny’s for over 30 years. And yes, President Barack Obama and Valerie Jarrett are waiting at the counter.

For some of the best omelets in town, try Lou Mitchell’s at 565 W. Jackson. Lou has been around since 1923.

The Berghoff opened at 17 W. Adams in 1898. After prohibition, it received the first Chicago liquor license.
