Opening Week events are just days away!!! Below is some important information about what to expect, how you can help, timeline of events, tours, etc. If you have any questions please contact Caroline or Erin.
HOW TO HELP

Check out VM for open cruises, tours, and exhibit host shifts!
If you volunteering with us outside of a normal tour, Caroline will send a confirmation email on Monday with details and what to expect.
TOUR SCHEDULE
*In addition to the tours listed below, all river cruises, neighborhood, and building tours will depart.
1) Walking tour sales will end at 5pm the prior day.
2) Docents will have a printed attendance list so that they can check in their tours (with assistance from staff as necessary). There will be a designated space for your tour introduction.
3) No tours will use GTS except for Elevated and Must-See departures.
