2018 DAN Details – RSVP and Dining

Don’t forget to RSVP for DAN! Please respond to the Eventbrite invitation by April 5th. If you lost your invitation or have not received one, please contact Caroline right away to RSVP.

Wondering what entree to select ?  If you would like to change your meal preference, please contact Caroline.  There are three choices:

 

 

 

Chicken Option:

Breast of Chicken stuffed with Spinach, Cranberries and Boursin Cheese
Topped with Mushroom Marsala Sauce
Arancini, Asparagus Spears, Red Pepper and
Butternut Squash Puree

 

 

 

 

Vegetarian Option:

5 Grain Cakes with Spicy Chimichurri Sauce
On a bed of Sautéed Spinach
Heirloom Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Red Pepper and
Parsnip & Roasted Red Pepper Puree

 

 

 

Fish Option:

Broiled White Fish topped with Chive & Caper Cream Sauce
On a bed of Sautéed Spinach
Dauphinois Potatoes, Haricot Vert, Red Pepper and
Parsnip & Roasted Red Pepper Puree
