Last month, 20 CAC docents and volunteers traveled to a mecca of modern architecture: Columbus, Indiana.  We toured the homes, office buildings and churches designed by some of the most recognizable names of mid-century modernism:  Eliel & Eero Saarinen, Harry Weese, Kevin Roche and others.

We began our tour with a stop at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Samara House in West Lafayette, Indiana and proceeded to explore Columbus on foot and by bus, the latter led by CAC’s own docent emeritus, Henry Kuehn.  We hope you enjoy this glimpse of the many architectural treasures we visited.
