Hello Docents, Education Guides, Exhibit Hosts, and Guest Services Volunteers-
March will be available tomorrow (Saturday) by 9:30. Remember, opening the calendars is a manual process, so if a calendar isn’t open, refresh your screen or wait a moment or two.
We are operating on a reduced schedule again and will only be open Friday-Monday.
Guest Services/Exhibit Hosts-While there is no official limit on how many shifts you can take, please don’t gobble up all the slots. We still have limited opportunities. If you find that you are unable to find an open shift, contact me and we double up exhibit host shifts if needed.
Docents-Please only take one walking tour and wait a few days before signing up for a second. Not everyone will have the chance to get a tour this month. This is a very limited schedule-don’t-worry April is around the corner and there will be plenty of opportunities.
As always, if you are giving a CAC tour or attending a CAC meeting during the sign up time, contact me and I can help you.
